Open shifts go to the first person who takes them. If someone beats you to it, we will tell you straight away.
Past shifts stay here for 30 days. After that they are only on your payslips and with BTG.
No clocking in or out. Your signature is already on file — at the end of a shift the ward manager or team leader signs beside it. Once a sheet has reached BTG you can open your copy of it here, exactly as they received it.
Care homes never see these documents — only whether you are cleared to work. A document you add stays with you until you send it to BTG.
Everything BTG and the wards have done on your shifts, newest first.
Leave “To” empty for a single day.
Leave both empty for the whole day.
BTG can still offer you shifts on these days — this is a reminder, not a block. You will see it on any shift that overlaps.
No signature on this phone yet.
The new signature goes on the timesheets you send from now on. Sheets already sent to BTG keep the signature they were signed with.
Checking storage…
The app updates itself. If this ever differs from what BTG published, close it and open it again.
Signing out — top right — ends the session with BTG. Your signed timesheets stay on this phone until they have been sent.
